Absolutely not!

How do these movies look? What is the picture quality like?
It varies from title to title, Digital Nasties movies from before 2003 will be digitally mastered from analog or 8mm film sources, movies after 2003 would have been filmed on Digital professional and broadcast with 16 bit PCM Stereo Tracks, I will almost always mention any problems in that particular title's description. .

At this time we are only offering the titles listed there.

What don't you sell?
We do not sell anything illegal so please don't even ask.

Shipping?
Overseas customers please note that when ordering from Digital Nasties you are considered the importer of the goods being ordered and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. To avoid any unnecessary Customs charges, please check with your local Customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering your country. Digital Nasties cannot be held responsible for orders seized by foreign Customs agents.

Do you guarantee these against defects?
All of our Underground Movies are guaranteed against "major defects". An occasional glitch from our master source does not qualify as a defect! In the unlikely event of something being defective, it will be promptly replaced with a non-defective copy of the same movie. Again, bare in mind that these are not dubs, but original Pre-Recorded Videotape's or DVD's, so while they will generally look surprisingly good they will NOT look like a store bought Hollywood movie. Every effort is made to provide you with a pleasant and enjoyable viewing experience. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that postage costs cannot be reimbursed

NTSC Region 0 ?
As of 30 June 2008 all DVD's sold via digital nasties online store are in the NTSC Region 0 format as most U.S. DVD players only support NTSC video while most European players supports both NTSC and PAL, and this will make it easier for full format playback on all the world players.

Can I play DVD-Rs on my player?
This is a relatively new format so before buying one you should do a bit of research to make sure your DVD player can actually play them. Many older players will still play DVD-Rs fine even though it may not mention it in the instruction manual or on the player's box. If you're not sure about your player, try looking it up online at http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers/.

What DVD-R Media do you use?
My primary media is Panasonic Taiyo Yuden DVD-R TYG03, These are Made in Japan!, Sometimes if i run out of stock i will use normal Taiyo Yuden TYG02, TYG03 or Verbatim MCC 03RG20.

we suggest that if you’re not sure about anything to contact us. we’d be happy to explain more as best we can.
