This is the recovered footage from our 1997 film RIPPED APART, the original VHS master is now un-recoverable as the tape was covered in mold and mildew and had been unused since 1997.

For the last few months we have been archiving all our VHS, VIDEO8 and VHS-C tapes to MINI DV as a way to preserve our old master tapes, which we have found out that some of them no-longer work, with some tapes full of drop out, the master tape for our first zombie film Ripped Apart was one of them, we did manage to recover a one and half minutes of footage from the tape but even that is unwatchable, the original master tapes have been recoded over when we film the Nightmare of the Living Dead (AKA: Bishop Rock Zombie – Filming title) so the only master tape of the original edit is gone and unrecoverable, but the film did have a video release in 1997 on the Home Production video label, we have been unable to contact the owner of Home Productions via his address or via the Internet as they may have closed down or running under a new name, the videos supplied by Home Production had been sold via mail order and magazine ads so it may be impossible to find a copy to reproduce.

We hung out at some creepy cemetery all night and mildly desecrated some graves, with hardcore zombie bloodlust, or 2 litters of fake blood, as we where making our story movie, it became evident that one of our actors was going to need to be replaced for a few reasons, over the group discussion we found a replacement, i hope, But i don’t know how to deal with being around the one person who i replaced, because he will be around while shooting because he still wants to be part of the movie, It’s all really awkward, it’s not like we don’t like that guy.

Still working on the new digitalnasties co dot uk site, i hope to have it open by December this year, if i find the time that is, as me and bob are helping with a small action/drama film being make in Sunderland, so that also pushing back The Graveyard of Death Part II a few months and the DVD release Maniac & Maniac 2, also we had to shop the filming on my new Zombie movie DEFCON as i lost my job a few weeks ago and downturn in both the US and UK economy it was best to stop filming till the worst economic crisis in 60 years is over or i find funding from the National Lottery Film Fund but if i did that i would have to replace the zombies with 145th remake of pride and prejudice.

In the woods behind the trees a world of death awaits anyone that steps into the woods, years ago nine people went missing and no-one seen them again, the police closed the woods for over 5 years, on the eve of the re-opening the police open the gates and let people use “the parks and woods again, little knowing what is about to end in death! for “the people who enter the woods.

Filmed as Zombie Graveyard 2 the story was refilmed three time each as the same actors did not become available on the dates of the shoots, so over time the story of a graveyard full of zombies moved to a woods with zombie killers, filmed in little under a year and with no real cash input, i renamed the movie so i could use the name on a new zombie movie starting some time next year, maybe in the summer.

With the Music OST and DVD Covers complete the only thing to do now is the editing which i hope to have done in the next few weeks and have the DVD out on sale at digital nasties shop, we will also have links from this site to buy the DVD, a LIMITED COLLECTOR’S EDITION 3 disc will be available for a few weeks before it’s is replaced with a Standard Edition, each LIMITED COLLECTOR’S EDITION will have serial number, the three disc set will also have a AUDIO CD of the films Original Soundtrack.
