On the 3rd of May our adsense account was banned, after 10 years and almost £63.89 in earnings, Luckily I don’t give a shit about adsence, and never really used it, until becoming a YouTube partner (which Google forced you to use adsense), that partnership is gone too.
After reviewing our records, we’ve determined that your AdSense account
poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a
responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due
to invalid activity, we’ve found it necessary to disable your AdSense
account. Your outstanding balance and Google’s share of the revenue will
both be fully refunded to the affected advertisers.
Please understand that we need to take such steps to maintain the
effectiveness of Google’s advertising system, particularly the
advertiser-publisher relationship. We understand the inconvenience that
this may cause you, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and
If you have any questions or concerns about the actions we’ve taken, how
you can appeal this decision or invalid activity in general, you can find

To me, the most disturbing aspect of being banned/disabled is the lack of any specifics why the account was disabled or any proof of whatever happened from them, so based on the appeal form it seems it was due to invalid clicks/click bombing, yet they give no specifics on what videos, channel or accounts, what IP address used or any real information from them.
But what really takes the biscuit (Cookie to our American readers), is that they don’t pay out the previous three months payments even though there was not one issue with the adSense account for those months, That to me is Google stealing money from honest, hard working people, And I highly doubt they are refunding anyone or even the advertisers that paid for those clicks from months ago and got the benefit of those FREE visitors we sent by the way for over 12 weeks so the only person to loses out on this is us, again.
There is nothing anyone can do, as there is just no way to contact anyone at google.
Thank you for your appeal. We appreciate the additional information you’ve provided, as well as your continued interest in the AdSense program. However, after thoroughly re-reviewing your account data and taking your feedback into consideration, our specialists have confirmed that we’re unable to reinstate your AdSense account.
Please know that, once we’ve reached a decision on your appeal, further appeals may not be considered, and you might not receive any further communication from us. Note that AdSense publishers whose accounts are disabled for violations of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for further participation in AdSense. For this reason, you may not open new accounts.
Also, accounts disabled for invalid click activity will receive no further payment nor any reissue of previous payment. Your outstanding balance and Google’s share of the revenue will both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
We understand that you may want more information about your account activity. However, because we have a need to protect our proprietary detection systems, we’re unable to provide our publishers with any details about their account activity.

Making a appeal to Google is also a waste of time, as all you get back from them is a big Fuck You, but when you find out google also fails to pay to tax bills, maybe they need my funds to pay them.
Google accounts filed for its UK subsidiary, the search behemoth paid just £1.2million in corporation taxes here in 2010 – even though Britain is one of its biggest markets.
The UK accounts for around a tenth of Google’s global revenues, generating £2.15billion in sales last year.
In a series of complicated transactions known as a Double Irish or a Dutch Sandwich, the internet giant has managed to pay just 2.4 per cent of its overseas gains in tax.
The loopholes – which are legal – saved Google $3.1bn over three years by diverting cash through low-tax nations such as Ireland, the Netherlands and Bermuda.
They are all at it! Because these Multi-National/Global companies like google have the ways and means of avoiding tax, the rest of us have to make up the shortfall.
The ‘richest’ get richer by avoiding paying the tax all us little people are forced to pay. We’re easy pickings. No government wants to change this as they are all in cahoots. Michael Moore
